Regardless, our goals are clear: gain control and set our clients at ease; assess the situation and help all parties understand the extent of damages and the level of effort required to return the property to its pre-loss condition and do what ever it takes to process the claim to the satisfaction of all parties and achieve acceptance, sign-off and closure.
