- Emergency Hot Line Services: when a client calls in a claim, outsource it directly to JIT
24/7/365. We’re always available, we’re qualified and we’re committed to ensuring your customers
are well cared for.
- Just In Time Services: sometimes necessary when the homeowner has some doubt as to
whether or not they should submit an insurance claim. These services are provided by JIT at
no cost and include:
- initial telephone consultation with the homeowner to determine scope of the loss;
- on site inspection, if it’s deemed necessary; and
- professional opinion regarding cause and severity of the loss and a recommendation of
how the homeowner should proceed.
- Emergency Services: quick, on-site service focused on:
- putting the home owner at ease;
- providing basic services designed to control the severity of the loss that includes
securing the premises, removing hazards, emergency boarding up,
water extraction or general clean up: all designed to prevent further damages
to the structure and the contents; and
- submitting a status report & pictures to the insurance company to help the
adjuster assess: the exact cause of the loss, the initial damage assessment
and reserve estimates for both the dwelling and the content as well as the
general risk condition of the property.
- Remediation Services that include:
- sorting through the damaged content, identifying both damaged and unsalvageable
items;
- packing out the content and moving it to an unaffected area to prevent potential
and/or additional damage;
- completing the tear out of the damaged areas;
- dependent on the category and type of loss: washing, disinfecting and/or
sealing the effected areas;
- developing a plan to dry the structure, set conditions, install necessary
equipment, establish daily monitoring procedures and capture readings in a
drying report. When conditions are met, the equipment is removed; and
- scoping the loss, writing a repair estimate and submitting it to the insurance
provider.
- Restoration Services: provided that the homeowner chooses to use JIT to do the
repairs. These services include:
- performing work identified in the repair estimate to restore structure to preloss
condition; and
- cleaning/resetting the content and performing after-job cleaning.
- Claim Management Services: No other remediation/restoration contractor is better
at meeting and exceeding claims industry standards of professionalism, guaranteed
workmanship and customer satisfaction. We stake our reputation on it.
